• •Rule of One: Flagging violations where multiple professionals charge for the same task or meeting.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• •Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •Authorized Use: You agree to use BillingLens only for lawful purposes related to the auditing of professional service invoices.
• •Accuracy of Information: You represent that the billing data and documentation you upload are accurate and that you have the legal right to process such information.

3. Data Ownership and License

• •Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any invoices, documents, or data you upload to BillingLens.
• •Our Platform: BillingLens retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including the AI auditing logic, software, and proprietary algorithms.
• •Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided regarding the platform may be used by BillingLens to improve the service without obligation to you.

4. Security and Infrastructure

BillingLens is built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud) designed for high-performance data processing and security.

• •Service Availability: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• •Not Legal Advice: BillingLens is a data-driven auditing tool. The insights, flags, and reports generated are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or formal legal opinions. We advise you to consult a licensed attorney for guidance on your specific legal questions.
• •No Representation: BillingLens refrains from representing you in any and all disputes arising from your attorney-client agreement, including but not limited to the collection of service fees, the distribution of workflow, and any issue arising from either.
